Plugin Conflict with Cart66

I'm working on a site I inherited and when I installed Cart66 Cloud, I got Memory Allocation error message when trying to edit any page. It turns out that if I disable Calendar, it works fine. Or if I disable Cart 66, it also works fine. So the conflict is between those two plugins. Is there something I can modify in Calendar to make them work nicely together?

Call off this support request. After checking things like crazy I figured out it's a server configuration problem. I cloned the site to my personal site hosting and everything works great. So it's definitely in the client's server configuration, NOT your plugin.
