Hello,

Instead of Buddypress folks having to maintain multiple calendars, is it possible for your calendar plugin to sync with iCal and Google Calendar? Possibly even subscribe to other Buddypress users' calendars? Thank you for considering the possibility.

It's certainly something I've considered, probably will get implemented when I move calendar to the custom posts architecture :)

Hi Kieran,

I was browsing a topic about syncing Google Calendar and Calendar. Keen to have them linked so all the events can be downloaded to the users smartphones. Have you added this feature in?

Thanks,
Annice

Hello,

I am anxiously waiting for this too, particularly for Google Calendar.

Any word on when this might be expected, or should I try another solution?

Thanks,

ZT

It depends when you need it. I'm working on this bit by bit in my spare time of which I have relatively little. It will happen but it's going to be months not weeks.

Hi Kieran - just wanted to say your Calendar plugin is brilliant - easily the best and most manageable of the WP calendars I've used. If you are still working on Google Calendars integration it would be a great addition so we could push out event notification to subscribers rather than relying on them checking the website. These days with FaceBook, Twitter and whatevermessagingappistrendythisweek, I find that fewer people are going to 'traditional' websites for scheduling-related information.

Thanks for sharing the plugin with us though - even if you never updated it again it's still great.
