Seven days view of the calander

Unread post by dDon » Sun Jul 19, 2009 2:22 pm

Is it possible to show the calendar events as a seven day view (or between chosen dates) and not as a monthly calender?

If not, do you have an simple explanation of how I can embed your widgets (todays events and upcoming events) into a page or a post?

I've tried translating var MONTH_NAMES=new Array and var DAY_NAMES=new Array to change the week/month names into norwegian, but still the dates show in english even though I changed Wordpress lang file to norwegian. In settings -> custom it says 'søndag, 19. juli, 2009' but not in the widgets (the date format is correct though).

And another thing about translating...I can't find 'at' in 'at 22:00', this is also an english term but I can't find where to change it.

But it's a great plugin, just what I was looking for :D everything looks stylish and proffesional.

Thank you for your help..

7 day view is not possible in the current version but will be in future versions.

Translations are achieved by translating the pot file and compiling it to a mo file and then storing that in the calendar directory. This will cause calendar to be translated fully.

This answered my question, thank you. Do you have any estimation of when a new version supporting 7-day view might be released?

I work on calendar in my free time and sadly I don't have nearly as much of that as I'd like. "When it's ready" is pretty much the best I can offer in terms of a release date.
