HTML5 Support in WordPress 5.3

Current WordPress version 5.3 finally allows HTML5 support for the type attribute for script and style tags. Would suggest the attached patch so the plugin style tags also support HTML5.

a bit but I'm not sure this will be set for every user. I've got it set in my environment but I'm not completely sure it's a universal option.
