The maker of the 2010Weaver theme told me to do this:

#content tr td {padding: 1px 1px;}


add that between the <style> tags in the advanced options (for the standard 2010, that would be somewhere in the <head> section of the style.css)
Calendar looks a lot better now.

After checking the layout again -- after your fix has been applied -- the problem of overlapping div is resolved. I think we can let this issue slide for now as it appears to be a symptom of the first problem.
