					<description>The road network in general in north Leeds, particularly Hyde Park and Woodhouse as well as the city centre to an extent is just a general state. Not only are the pathways loose and broken up but the roads are awful to drive on as well and I agree that it's just not acceptable. It's going to take some serious investment to fix though.</description>

					<description>it's not so much the level ground issue, as the fact that they'll use four small blobs of concrete (one each corner) instead of a single layer uniform across the entire flagstone.
