Features include:- - Add and maintain customer records with comprehensive search - Add unlimited requirments for buying/renting for each customer - Add unlimted properties for sale or rent for each customer - Search for matches between properties and customer requirements for improved sales performance. - Simply click-to-view window on serach results. - Schedule appointements for each estate agent with access to the system - Allow access to the database for use on a website if required This is a basic feature list and could easily be expanded upon. This is a client side (install on the desktop) application but could easily be connected to a web based interface if required. If you are interested, contact me and we will discuss.
