Lots of work
I’ve not been blogging lately. I really wish I’d been able to blog more but sadly the amount of work I’ve had to do has made doing very much else a physical impossibility. Rather than describe things in detail I figured I would post up some screen shots of some of the things I’ve been coding and allow that to serve as an explanation. Despite the fact I have exams on the way I hope to blog more because I will actually have some break times.

Need help using my Calendar plugin on your site?
Are you in my address book yet?

In your eyes.... I can see my dreams reflections in your eyes.... all the answers to my questions, in your eyes.

Kieran,
I am very very interested to hear what your Estate Agent d/b does. I am actually in the middle of quoting someone for a property site. I’ll be in touch

Essentially it manages the majority of admin work in an estate agents. Features include:-
- Add and maintain customer records with comprehensive search
- Add unlimited requirments for buying/renting for each customer
- Add unlimted properties for sale or rent for each customer
- Search for matches between properties and customer requirements for improved sales performance.
- Simply click-to-view window on serach results.
- Schedule appointements for each estate agent with access to the system
- Allow access to the database for use on a website if required
This is a basic feature list and could easily be expanded upon. This is a client side (install on the desktop) application but could easily be connected to a web based interface if required.
If you are interested, contact me and we will discuss.

Thanks Kieran,
If I progress this quote further I’ll be sure to get back in touch but yes essentially it would be for a website so integration would be required.
