I was really looking forward to this Linux Install Fest as I wanted to show, to those interested, the process of installing and configuring Xgl/Compiz and discussing it's features. It's a fact that we are "living in a nanny state" where the law can be manipulated to point blame when something goes wrong! I haven't been able to find anything on news as of yet... is it in the "local.compsoc.talk" thread? I totally agree with you Kieran.
