To be fair, timely really means on time, and I don't think anybody accepts that a preliminary degree clasification actually counts as a proper graduation - I certainly wouldn't, even if my final degree clasification remained unchanged, I would want it set in stone on graduation day!</description>

Regarding the poll, could you make the question more specific by stating that people will be awarded degrees on time + with the correct classification. I think that will make the question easier to answer.</description>
