I e-mailed their support address with a low priority message with questions and got a response back in under 15 minutes and they answered all my questions in detail, quite impressive.

I would say the only problem is that their reseller accounts have account limits, and they are quite restrictive; 30 accounts on 3Gb worth of space for example. Not very good if you have lots of small personal sites to host. For example, I have more domains than that allocated to less than 1Gb of space, and they are actually using less than what they are allocated. Keep looking I guess....

sorry to hear about that.

regarding our earlier conversation, looking for other hosters.
you may want to check out 'www.xilo.net'.
they seem to be ok. i've been with them for a couple of months now and are pretty on the ball. they upgraded their version of mysql and added a module to their php setup within a week of my asking!
the forum is very quiet compared to you know who but i think it is early days with them yet.
anyway have a look and see what you think!
regards,
gary.
