Got chatting with him for a while actually, turns out watches are only his hobby and in fact he is very into programming and web-design, and in fact conducts most of his business online. H Samuel sent my bro's watch off to get new batts and resealed, they only changed one of the batteries.... the little man changed both in a matter of seconds.
