I had My Documents on the G drive, Windows on the D drive. When Systemworks was complete, ALL of my Documents on G, including all of my photos had been converted to unreadable CHK files, 8.6 gigabits worth. Files from File0000.chk to File9999.chk. I have tried a couple of CHK file recovery programs, neither was able to recognize anything. I ran Windoctor from Norton Systemworks 2006 today and told it to repair the errors. For windows i recommend Grisoft AVG Free Edition, or if you're willing to pay F-Secure is the best.
